Product Overview
The Kustom Kit Women’s Workforce Polo is a technical staple for any professional uniform, blending high-performance durability with a refined aesthetic. Constructed from a robust polyester and cotton pique blend, this regular-fit garment is engineered to withstand the rigours of a busy working environment while maintaining its shape and colour. Its inclusion of ethical and environmental credentials, such as SEDEX and WRAP accreditation, ensures that your workforce is represented by a product manufactured to the highest global standards.
Key Features
- 1x1 Rib Knit Collar: Designed to hold its shape over time, preventing the sagging or curling often seen in lesser-quality alternatives.
- Double-Stitched Seams: Reinforced stitching on the armholes and shoulders provides critical strength at stress points, ensuring the garment survives heavy daily use.
- Two-Button Placket: Offers a classic, professional look that can be adjusted for comfort and ventilation.
- Tear-Out Label: Allows for complete rebranding or simply provides extra comfort for the wearer by removing potential neck irritation.
- Taped Back Neck: The self-fabric tape covers the internal seam to prevent chafing and provide additional structural support.
Design & Performance
The fabric composition is a meticulously balanced 50% polyester and 50% cotton pique. This medium-weight blend utilizes the breathable, natural comfort of cotton alongside the high-tensile strength and crease-resistance of polyester. The result is a polo that remains comfortable throughout a full shift while resisting the pilling and wear associated with industrial environments. The twin-needle hem and cuffs add a further layer of durability, ensuring the edges remain crisp and do not fray even after repeated laundering.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This workforce polo is a superior canvas for branding. For a distinguished professional appearance, we recommend embroidery. The stable pique knit allows for high-density stitching of logos and names, providing a textured, long-lasting finish that reflects your brand's quality. Alternatively, for larger graphics or high-visibility promotional designs, our print technology offers vibrant colour reproduction and sharp detail.
Everything is handled in-house at our Telford facility. With MyWorkwear’s heritage dating back to 1976, our expert team ensures that every embroidered logo and printed design meets our stringent quality benchmarks before it reaches your door.
Use Cases
This garment is ideal for a variety of sectors including hospitality, facilities management, and corporate retail. Its professional appearance makes it suitable for customer-facing roles, while the reinforced construction ensures it is equally at home in light industrial or logistics settings.

Practical Advice
This polo is designed in a regular fit, providing a comfortable silhouette for most body types. For those working in colder environments, it layers effectively under sweatshirts or softshell jackets without adding excessive bulk. We recommend reviewing our size guide, which covers sizes 8 to 20, to ensure the best fit for your team.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and longevity of this garment, we recommend a domestic wash at 60°C. This temperature is highly effective at removing oils and dirt common in the workplace while ensuring the synthetic fibres remain stable.
Avoid the use of bleach, as this will aggressively break down the polyester-cotton fibres and lead to premature fading of both the fabric and your custom branding. A medium iron may be used to maintain a crisp appearance, but please avoid ironing directly over any printed areas to prevent damage to the graphic.
We advise against dry cleaning and tumble drying. Line drying is the best method to preserve the garment's dimensions and protect the integrity of the embroidered or printed logos, ensuring your professional image remains intact for the life of the polo.
